Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Make Me IT Expert, our goal is to provide high-quality, practical IT training that delivers real value. We believe in transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for our courses and services.


Course Enrollment & Payment

By enrolling in any course, program, or training provided by Make Me IT Expert, you agree to our Terms, Conditions, and this Refund Policy.

Payments can be made online, via UPI, bank transfer, or any method approved on our website or by our team.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

✔ If the student has not attended any live session and has not accessed course materials.
✔ If the course has not started and the student cancels within 3 days of enrollment.
✔ If a duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:

✖ After accessing recordings, study materials, labs, or live classes
✖ If the student misses classes, sessions, or assignments
✖ If the student is unable to continue due to personal reasons
✖ If the student enrolled during a discount, offer, or special promotion
✖ If the course is partially completed


Batch Rescheduling / Course Transfer

Instead of a refund, students may request:

✔ Change of batch (subject to seat availability)
✔ Transfer to a different course by paying any applicable difference in fees
✔ Pause and resume learning later (for eligible programs)

We try our best to provide flexible learning options to help students continue training.


Corporate Training Refunds

Payments for corporate training, group enrollments, or customized programs are non-refundable, as resources and trainers are allocated in advance.


Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–14 working days
  • The refund will be sent to the same payment method used during purchase
